Having a poor diet can lead to the build-up of abdominal fat.  It might take some bit of effort such as avoiding foods that might cause the retaining of liquids and fats.


  • Avoid salt from your diet since they help in retaining fluids.
  • Drink plenty of water and avoid processed foods
  • Exercise more regularly if you can

Doctors usually recommend that you eat an apple a day for you to stay fit. Apples are usually good since they help in burning fat since they are very rich in Vitamin C, beta-carotene and flavonoids. Since you might find it difficult to eat more than three apples in a day you can just blend the apple to make apple juice.



Bananas usually are very rich in potassium, magnesium, and vitamins. Including bananas into our diets every day can help burn calories and improve our health.




You can include a bunch of vegetables such as Celery in your diet. It can help you lose weight naturally and it pairs well with other foods.  It has a lot of vitamin c and calcium which is very healthy.



I can recommend that you include shell fish in your diet as it has unsaturated fat that helps keeping you healthy and is rich in Omega 3. It is also rich in Vitamins and minerals.

Avocados contain oleic acid that helps eliminate and delay the feeling of hunger. They contain fiber which can help you get a flat stomach. Although avocados are good for slimming they should be taken in limited supply for it to be able to work.



Tomatoes reduce lipid accumulation in the blood which is very helpful as they can cleanse the body so that fat doesn’t accumulate. You can use tomatoes in salads and sauces.
